It’s probably no surprise that in a state where both the capitol building and the executive mansion are believed to be haunted – by former governors, no less – that the state’s largest university campus has its own haunts and haints. We might have just become home of the WereWolfpack.Ĭall the Scooby Gang, because State’s campus does have a supposed history of mystery, from the distant cries of orphaned babies to the unseen presence of a former school president’s daughter to the murderous plots of former Dungeons & Dragons aficionados. That blood-curdling howl you just heard might not be from NC State’s canine mascot.
